- Vendors ensure quality and packaging.
- Disputes resolved within 7 business days.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 5 minutes are free; otherwise, a fee may apply based on ride value.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds available for service failure, incorrect charges, or disputes (request within 7 days).
5. Intellectual Property Policy
Macro Rides brand, logo, and app content are copyrighted. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Environmental Policy
Macro Rides uses only e-vehicles and optimizes routes for low emissions.
7. Dispute Resolution Policy
- Customers: Use in-app support.
- Drivers: Use driver portal.
- Unresolved issues go to mediation/arbitration.
